This notice covers visits to the RBO Management website and enquiries made using its contact links.
Website visits
The public website uses Cloudflare to deliver its pages and protect its network. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which can include your IP address, requested address and browser information, to provide these services.
The website has no enquiry form, account sign-in, advertising trackers or added analytics scripts. Its images, styles and optional interaction script are served with the website. The website's own code does not set cookies or store information in your browser.
Contact enquiries
The email link opens your own email application. Selecting it does not submit or send a message. If you send an email, RBO receives the information you include, such as your email address, name and enquiry, through the email services used to deliver it.
Reynaldo uses enquiry information to understand and respond to your request. Please include only the information needed for the conversation. The telephone link opens your device's calling application; the website does not place a call or record a conversation.
Enquiry storage and access
Business enquiries sent to the public email address are forwarded through Cloudflare to Gmail. Ordinary enquiry emails and replies are kept in Gmail. If an enquiry becomes client work, necessary documents may also be saved in organised RBO project and business records.
Reynaldo Bito-on is currently the only person authorised to handle RBO enquiries. Any future access by another person will be limited to what they need for their authorised role.
How long enquiry records are kept
Reynaldo will manually review closed enquiries that did not become client work 12 months after the last meaningful contact and delete those no longer needed. This is a review policy, not automatic deletion at exactly 12 months.
Records connected with client work, agreements, finances, complaints, disputes or legal obligations will be kept for the applicable business and legal purposes.
